Hayley Lattman - A New York-Based Attorney Focused on Digital Media

About Hayley Lattman

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Attorney Hayley Lattman (Geftman-Gold) received a bachelor's degree in political science before earning a law degree from Columbia Law School. At Columbia, she edited the Journal of Law and the Arts and served as vice president of the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society and Producer of the Law Revue Show. As a lawyer, Hayley Lattman has focused on business-oriented technology law, particularly in the areas of digital media creation and distribution, product marketing law, and privacy protection.

Attorney Lattman started her career as an associate at Willkie Farr and Gallagher, LLP and Venture Law Group before becoming vice president of business and legal affairs for MTV Networks in New York City. In the latter role, she oversaw the legal aspects of digital distribution, technology vendor deals, and advertising-related issues.

More recently, Attorney Hayley Lattman served as vice president of business affairs at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and vice president and senior counsel of strategic transactions at CBS. Since 2018, she has worked at Etsy, Inc., where she serves as the head legal counsel for the financial and technology product teams.

Outside of her work as a lawyer, she enjoys reading, crafting, and doing crosswords and other puzzles. She also spends her free time skiing, traveling, and practicing yoga.
